Premium Care Package

The Premium Package is also a 14 day Home Care Plan but you are provided with extra Covid Self-Care essential kit for Rs.15000

Post Discharge Package

The Post Discharge Package is for 7 days, pricing at Rs.5000 and does not include all the essential lits for Covid Self Care.

HOME CARE PACKAGE

Our nurses/medical officers will give you a call on daily basis to know your symptoms and vital stability.

We will track and store your everyday vital informaon for a beer medical examinaon.

We will also try to arrange a bed at hospital (if available) and transportaon from your home to the hospital (T & C applied).

  • Any additional consumables if required could be purchased from our Pharmacy. Home delivery of medicines available.
  • Home PCR Collection, Home Lab sample collection, to-and-from transfer for Radio Imaging (X-Ray, CT Scan) available on request for extra payment.

  • Please read instructions carefully, You will have a dedicated Nursing Care Manager who will guide you throughout the Home Care Program, if you have any doubt please contact your Nursing Care Manager.
  • Please go through our exclusively designed Video tutorial, to help you understand beer & how to take care during the Home isolation period.
  • Any addional consumables if required could be purchased from our Pharmacy. Home delivery service is available, for your convenience. Call your Nursing Care Manager.
  • Disposal Instructions for Surgical Mask/ Gloves/ N95 Mask: After usage, Soak mask / gloves in diluted disinfectant solution for 20 min and then dispose in a disposable Bag
  • For Cleaning Floors, any Home disinfectant solution could be used like Lyzol (Not Included in the Package Home Care Kit)

  • This package is a pre-paid package. In case IP admission is required, package amount is not refundable, partially or fully.
  • Contents of the Home Care Kit can not be modified.
  • Payments can be made by scanning the QR code or direct deposit.
  • The package shall be activated within 24 Hrs from the me of payment.
  • Oxygen / and other necessary medications will be made available (subject to availability and need)
  • An Ambulance can be made available
  • Refund or return is not applicable for this package.
  • If hospitalization is advised, subject to bed availability admission shall be considered.
